Penn State Altoona Continuing Education seeks an energetic, people-oriented person to join our team as a part-time, evening, front desk Administrative Support Assistant to perform general office work duties at our downtown campus location. Duties include answering telephones calls, greeting visitors, assisting students, faculty, and staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in operating office equipment is imperative. The successful candidate must enjoy working with diverse populations and varying levels of activity. The hours will be 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday evening. Typically requires a high school diploma or higher plus one year of related experience.
