He set up in 1993, Sankalpa Educational Welfare and Charitable Society (Regd.) which in its initial stage established schools. But in 2001, the society established Kamal Institute of Higher Education And Advance Technology in Mohan Garden, New Delhi-59. Later on, his forward looking and dynamic son got the Institute affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi for B.Ed. Programme in 2009-10 and subsequently, for BBA and BCA courses in 2011-12
