The pedestal ceremony of this institution was performed on 21 Dec. 1969 by Sant Chanan Singh Ji, the then President,Shiromani Gurudwara Parbhandhak Committee, Amritsar. Since then, the College has been successfully serving the young people of this economically and educationally backward area under the stewardship of Sant Roshan Singh Ji , Head Dera Baba Karam Singh Ji of Hoti Mardan
