About College: MGM College of Engineering & Technology, Pampakuda named after the Holy Kings of Piravom Valiyapally is located on a green serene hillock of 11 acres by the side of Muvattupuzha – Piravom Road. The College is managed by Geevarghese Yohannan Charitable Trust which is committed to ensure International Standards in Career Orientation. It started functioning in September 2011 with the approval of All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE], New Delhi and is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The College is certified by ISO 9001:2008.The Institution offers B.Tech. Courses in five branches namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The annual intake is 300 with 60 seats in each discipline till 2013-2014.From 2014 onwards the intake of Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are 120 each. The vision of Institution is to develop the College as a Centre of excellence for moulding globally competent professionals, with refined attitudes, in Technology and Management.
