About Institution:   Our College LAKSHMI NARAYAN SAHU MAHAVIDYALAYA, was established at Jagatpur in 1980 to commemorate the contribution and services of the noted social worker Padmashree Late Sri Lakshmi Narayan Sahu. Some illustrious personalities of Cuttack and Jagatpur including entrepreneurs and local residents and the Lakshmi Narayan Sahu Memorial Committee members under the guidance of Dr.Harekrushna Mahatab felt the need to enshrine the memory and sacrifice of this great son of India in the fields of social and humanitarian work, literature and philanthropy. This college is the realization of this noble desire.
