It took the vision of our president and his humongous efforts to convert an unproductive wasteland into a green belt. Today 150 acres of it is a self-sustained green zone with rest of the area developed for academics, hostels, sports and other infrastructure facilitating student life. The campus is house for a range of fruit trees and vegetable orchards.
