College Profile:  The Berhampur University came into existence on 2nd January 1967 being inaugurated by Dr. A.N. Khosla, the then Governor of Orissa and the first Chancellor of the University. The University was later shifted to the present site known as Bhanja Bihar, named after the celebrated poet of Orissa Kabisamrat Upendra Bhanja. Spreading over an area of about two hundred fifty acres the university is twelve kilometres and 5 kilometers away from the Berhampur City and Sea-beach of Gopalpur respectively.

The age of the aspiring candidates shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 38

4. _ The engagement for the post of Lecturers and Section Officer will be conducted through 

written test and It shall consist of multiple-choice comprising of General English and General 

Knowledge (25 marks) and 75 marks for the concerned subject 

The engagement for the post of Office Assistant-cum-Computer Operator and LDC/Office 

Assistant will be conducted through written test and it shall consist of multiple-choice comprising 

of General English (50 marks) and General Knowledge (50 marks) along with computer 

proficiency test. 

6. Duration of the written test will be 2 (two) hours.
