The objective of the institution was to impart state of the art education to poor and weaker sections of the society. Since its inception the institution has been deeply committed to the propagation of patriotism, nationalism and secularism. Today this institution boasts of its four faculties, 31 departments with 136 odd teaching faculty and around 4000 students.
