The Micro and Nanoelectronics Group at VNIT Nagpur is apart of Center for VLSI and Nanotechnology. This group started with the research facilities in the analog and digital domains and has grown steadfastly since its inception, expanding into the areas of nanoelectronics and MEMS.
The group has excellent research facilities for carrying out research in different areas of Micro & Nano Electronics and VLSI.
Three major ongoing projects in the lab are :
a. Special Man power development Program (SMDP-II)
b. Characterization and Simulation of Nanodevices sponsored by Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
c. NPMASS sponsored by ADA.
