After completion of successful payment, applicants are required to take a printout of the payment receipt and enclose with the hardcopy application form. The applicants are also required to mention the transaction details in the online application portal and PDF of the payment receipt is to be uploaded in the application portal.

(l) Proof of Workshops / FDP / Short term courses/ Continuing education programmes / National / International Conferences / GIAN courses organized / others.
(m) Proof of significant outreach activities.
(n) Proof of Fellowships / Awards / Prizes.
(o) Copy of application fee payment receipt.
