Padmasri Nedurumalli Balakrishna Reddy for the uplift and development of the poor and the deprived, including untouchables. H.V.U.S. procured about 200 acres of land near Gudali village in Vakadu Mandal of Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh and named the place as Vidyanagar with the intention of establishing Schools, High Schools, Degree college, B.Ed college, Medical and Engineering colleges to impart education that is relevant to the rural needs.
