How to Apply: Interested candidates are required to submit the application in prescribed proforma available on Institute website www.mitsgwalior.in along with the necessary enclosures to the office of the Director on or before 01/01/2019 up to 4:00 p.m. in the A4 size envelope. A Slip should be pasted on the A 4 size envelope mentioning the post Applied for (Application for Adjunct Faculty/ Resource Person in Department of …………………….
Documents To be Attached:
i) Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th standard or equivalent issued by Central/State Board indicating date of Birth in support of their claim of age. Where date of birth is not available in certificate/mark sheet issued by concerned Educational Board, School leaving certificate indicating date of Birth will be considered.
ii) Degree/Diploma certificate/mark sheet pertaining to all the academic years as proof of educational qualification claimed.
iii) Caste certificate of SC/ST/OBC, if applicable in the prescribed proforma only from the competent authority indicating clearly the candidate’s Caste, the Act/Order under which the Caste is recognized as SC/ST/OBC and the village/town the candidate is ordinarily resident of.
iv) Research papers/Books published/Copyright/Patent etc. , if any
v) Experience certificate if applicable.
vi) Relieving certificate from previous employer (if applicable).
