About Recruitment Board: With the launch of IPPB on 21st August, 2018, people in rural areas will be able to avail financial services and digital banking, including money transfer to any bank account with the help of a mobile app or at the local Post Office. IPPB can accept deposits up to Rs 1 lakh per savings account. Around 11,000 Postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks will provide doorstep banking services. This will create the country's largest banking network with direct presence at village level.

Age Limit (As on 04th Sept 2018):
18 to 27 years
Age Relaxation:
The age limit is relaxable for meritorious sports Persons up to a maximum of 5 years (10 years in the case of those belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, 8 years in the case of Other Backward Castes) for the purpose of appointment
How to Apply: The Applications duly filled in along with original receipt of UCR/MPCM of Rs 100/- (Cost of application form) issued by post office of this circle have to be sent to the "The chief Postmaster General, west Bengal circle, Yogayog Bhawan, Kolkata-700012" through SPEED POST of India post only . The applications received through Courier or delivered in person will not be accepted.

Application duly completed along with attested copies of the certificates should be booked on or before 04.09.2018 along with mentioning the name of the Division / Unit for which the applicant wants to apply' The cover containing the application should be superscripted in block letter as follows:
