About College: The Muslim Educational Society (Regd.), Calicut,( MES ) was established in the year 1964 with the mission of bringing education achievable by the poor and the neglected segments of the society residing in erstwhile Malabar where the majority of people were peasants and labourers who could not afford to send their wards to High Schools and Colleges for higher education. The effort of the MES was a solemn movement launched to bring about a radical change to this pathetic situation.
