Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have the minimum 55% of marks in Post Graduation Course in related subject (50% of marks for SC & ST candidates) and should have passed NET/SLET but the candidates who have got Ph.D., with course work are exempted from NET/SLET exams, and also those who have been awarded / registered for Ph.D., before 11-07-2009 should fulfill the conditions of the UGC order Dt. 04-05-2016. M.Phil will not be considered for the appointments after 11.07.2009.

Age: As per appointment procedure the eligible candidate must be within minimum and maximum age limit (SC/ST/Cat-I maximum 40 & GM maximum 35years)
