2. In depth knowledge of design history and ability to make it relevant in teaching.
Skills as an inspiring communicator with a good understanding of working with larger groups as well as having a keen eye for the development of the individual student's skills.
3. An ability to plan and carry out study plans, including coordination with the other programs
4. Capabilities in the daily planning of teaching, including participating in evaluations and reviews and the programmes on-going development and operation
5. Skills in supporting the development of curriculum and teaching content for the training and development of teaching materials
