Qualifications (Essential):

(1) Director H.R.& Administration : (01 post)

Qualification, Experience & Salary : Professional with Post Graduate Degree

in Business Administration or Public Administration or equivalent from recognized

Institute or University with minimum 15 years of experience. He should have

excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Diplomatic and negotiation

skills, Tact, and the ability to deal with different situations also developing plans,

devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development

for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

(2) Director Education & Research : (01 post)

Qualification, Experience & Salary: Minimum 15 years of research experience

in any faculty or equivalent from recognized Institute or University. He/She will be

responsible for planning, promoting and implementing research activities. He will

develop curriculum or content for classes, lectures, for enhancing educational

activities. Knowledge and experience of getting funds from various agencies.

(3) Chief Operating Officer (Logistics) : (01 post)

Qualification, Experience & Salary : Professional with Post Graduate Degree

in Business Administration or equivalent from recognized Institute or University

with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant filed. He will provide leadership

and strategic vision to the organization will also bring operational, managerial

and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the

organization. He will effectively communicate and foster growth among the

executive team and all employees.

(4) Business Development Officer : (01 post)

Qualification, Experience & Salary : Professional with Post Graduate Degree

in Business Administration or equivalent from recognized Institute or University

with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant filed. He should possess

excellent written, communicative and analytical skills. The ability to travel to meet

clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
