College Profile: Govt. of Haryana with a commitment to deliver social and economic justice to the backward and under-privileged sections of society, in 1980, constituted Mewat Development Board, Haryana (MDB) under the Chairmanship of Hon`ble Chief Minister, Haryana with Ministers viz. Finance, Revenue, Agriculture, Industries, Development & Panchayats, Cooperation, Irrigation, Animal Husbandry and Power, all the M.Ps, MLAs of Mewat region, Chief Secretary, Secretaries of important departments and eminent persons of the region as official & non official members. Its executing agency at field level, Mewat Development Agency (MDA) was also formed simultaneously with the sole objective of ameliorating the condition of poverty, unemployment, economic and social backwardness of the Mewat region. The Mewat region comprises of six blocks i.e. Nuh, Taoru, F.P. Jhirka, Nagina, Punhana of district Nuh and Hathin of district Palwal of Haryana State.
