Essential Qualification:
Persons of highest level of competence. integrity, morals and institutional commitement are to be appointed as Vice-Chancellors' in the Universities of Bihar.
The Vice-Chancellor to be appointed for 3 years should be a distinguished academician, with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University system or ten years of expericnce in an equivalent position in a reputed research and / or academic administrative organization.
It is reiterated that applicants must possess a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University system or ten years of experience in an equivalent position, in a reputed research and/ or academic administrative organization from the date of issuance of notification. Applicants are requested to upload a self attested copy of notification regarding this, along with their application form, otherwise their candidature may be rejected.

Patna University, Patna, K S D Sanskrit University, Darbhanga and B N Mandal University, Madhepura. All necessary details are available on the website or Governor's Secretariat, Bihar.
Interested eligible individuals should apply online on Governor's Secretariat.Application should be sent online on iovernor's Secretariat website.
The Application should be applied separately for respective three Universities.
