About Institution: 
Our planning for the development of RGCB comprises a set specific Strategic Goals. Through inclusive strategic planning processes, RGCB has identified these Themes and Strategic Goals as priority areas for the field. The Themes are a more general description of the areas within the field of disease biology that RGCB recognizes as important domains for targeted efforts involved in the institute's mandate, mission and vision. These Themes will allow the development of Strategic Goals, which are the specific target areas identified as priorities by RGCB. As implementation of the Strategic Plan goes forward, these Goals will be the actual areas of focus, activities, and resources. Some of these priority Strategic Goals will represent current strengths of RGCB while for others, the Institute will identify new directions for the field that will answer novel questions and require state of the art capabilities.

  •  Research Officer.
Qualifications / Experience:
Postgraduate Degree in Life Sciences with a minimum of 3 years documented experience in developing methods for pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity and documented proficiency of analytical various ELISA based platforms (e.g. ELISA, Meso-Scale Discovery™, Luminex™, Hamilton™ Liquid Handling Immunoassay modular automation Gyros™, Simoa™, etc.). Relevant documented experience may be substituted for education in exceptionally deserving candidates.

Additional Qualification:

PhD in a relevant discipline (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences).
Proven track record of method development and troubleshooting using de-novo approaches or transfer of qualified/validated plate based immunoassays utilizing various assay formats (e.g., Direct, Indirect, Sandwich, Bridging, etc.,).
Skilled in conducting research, compiling data, data interpretation, and writing reports according to FDA & EMA Bioanalytical Method Validation & Immunogenicity regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of laboratory automation software, system software, and Microsoft applications.
Effective oral and written communication skills.

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram - Kerala.

Emolument: As per qualification and experience.
