(1) A basic , University qualification included in the Schedule to the IndianMedical Council Act 1956 (102 of1956).
(2) M.D./M.S./DNB Qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India in the subject Concerned,
Experience:- Nine years teaching experience in the specialty concerned after requisite postgraduate degree out of which at least four years should be as AssociateProfessor/equivalent post in the specialty
concerned in permitted / approved / recognized Medical College.
Research Publications:- Four (04)
Research publications in indexed Journals on Cumulative basis with minimum of 2 Research publications during the tenure of Associate Professor as 1st Author or as corresponding author.
Associate Professor:
(1) A basic , University qualification included in the Schedule to the IndianMedical Council Act 1956 (102 of1956).
(2) M.D./M.S./DNB Qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India in the subject Concerned.
Experience:- Five years teaching experience in the specialty concerned after requisite postgraduate degree out of which at least four years should be as Assistant Professor/equivalent post in the specialby
concerned in permitted /approved /recognized Medical College.

Demonstrator/Tutor, out of which one year should be after requisite Post-Graduate Qualification.
Professor:

(2) M.D./M.S./DNB Qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India in the subject Concerned,

How to Apply:
1. Only the experience gained in recognized/permitted/approveal Institute will be counted towarils teaching experience.
2. The candidates for the above posts, less.than 70 years can apply.
3. The application (along with all relevant documents including copy of retirement and relieving orders) may be submitteal by hand/by post in the ofiice of Director, Kalpana Chawla Gort. Medical College & Hospital, Karnal or through email at official email id i.e. [email protected] on or before 29.04.2020
4. Expedence and all other prescribed qualifications will be counted as obtained on or before closing date of application. The period of experience shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed essential educational qualifications.
5. Application fee in form of Demand Draft/IPO/cash receipt in favour of Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Karnal of an amount of Rs. 5oo/- in the Oftice of Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal will have to be deposited at the time of interview.
6.Walk in interview will be conducted at o9:oo AM sharp on above said prescribed dates in the OfEce of Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Karnal.
7. The persons so engageil will submit a SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND on non-judicial stamp paper duly signed and attested by the Executive Magistrate 1st Class,
8. All the candidates have to bring the original documents on the ilay of interviews for vedfication.
9. The appointment is purely on contrac.t basis for a period of one year or till the age of 7o years or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
10.No complaint/enquiry under HCS (Conduct) Rules should be pending against the applicant. Applicant will have to produce "No Complaint/Enquiry Dedaration" by meutioning that no complaint/enquiry is peniling under HCS (Contract) Rules against him.
11. Number of posts are liable to be increased or decreased, either way, including complete withdrawal.
12. The appointment can also be terminated at any time, on either side, by giving one month's notice or by paying one month's salary, without assigning any reason or failure to complete the period of three months' to the satisfaction of competent authority.
13. The appointee will be alloweil ten days' Casual Leave in case of male and twenty days in case of female, during tlfs period of one-year contract. The appointee will not be entitled to any vacation, earned leave, half pay leave, medical leave etc. However, in exceptional circumstances, leave without pay may be granted up to ten ilays only on the recommendation of the competent authodty, In case, the absence exceeds ro days without information, the contract will automatically stand cancelled.
14.In case, if any candidate fails to join duty within 10 days of issuing ofthe offer of appointment, the offer will automatically stand withdrawa/cancelled without any further notice. It is also clarifieil that no extension in joining time will be allowed and no correspondence on this behalf will be entertained. However in any such case the sole right stands reserved with the Director, KCCMC, Karnal for taking further decision.
15. Medical private practice during contractual period is prohibited
16. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Iaw.
17. All disputes will be subject to judsaliction of court of law at Karnal.
