The College was primarily under private management and was taken over by the Govt. on 1st October 1965. In the beginning, the College was housed in a private building in the Ladies Club and later on, it was shifted to the Panchayat Bhawan. Today the College is proud of having an independent building of its own with a few sets of quarters for the Principal and staff in addition to a palatial building for the hostel. Now the strength of the College has gone up.
