How Appointments will be made:
Appointment will be made strictly as per Punjab Government of Notification No. 11/148/2013-3, Edu-1/248623 dated 20.06.2014 (Honourable Punjab & Haryana High Court CWP 10650 of 2013). It is clarified that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in a case P. Susheela & Others vs. University Grants Commission decided on 16.03.2015 has held that only NET/SLET qualified or Ph.D. under Regulation, 2009 are eligible for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor.
